Tulum Cenote Tours is a small editorial team that compares every bookable way into the cenotes around Tulum. We are not a tour operator, we do not sell tickets, and we do not take bookings — those go directly to the operator running the day.
Getting in touch
Write to hello@tulumcenotestours.com for anything about this site: a price that has moved, a cenote that has changed its hours, a fee that is no longer what we say it is, or a correction of any kind. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, because on this coast the numbers move faster than the pages do.
Everything gets a reply, usually within a couple of working days. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking and we have no access to one — that has to go to the operator, through the confirmation they sent you.
Already booked something?
Your confirmation carries the operator's own contact details and a booking reference. Cancellations, pickup changes and date changes all go there. Every departure listed here refunds in full up to 24 hours before the start time, in local time.
Who writes this
Hours, prices, access and the fee tables are checked by the Tulum Cenote Tours team against each operator's own live listing and against published sources for the cenotes themselves, and the date of the last check appears at the top of every page. Where no source publishes a figure — cenote gate entry is the standing example — we say so rather than repeating one we cannot stand behind.

Hours
Most cenotes around Tulum open at about 8:00am and take their last swimmers in the mid-afternoon. Each one is run by the ejido, cooperative or owner whose land it sits on, so the hours differ at the edges and change without notice.
