There is no contact form on this site, deliberately — a form would mean collecting and storing your details, and this site collects nothing. Email goes straight to a person.

What to write about

• A correction. The most useful thing you can send. Prices, hours, fees and inclusions on this coast change often, and if a figure here is out of date it will be fixed without argument.
• Something a page does not answer. If you had to look elsewhere for it, that is a gap worth closing.
• Your own experience of a tour. Particularly what was collected at the gate, how long the day really ran, and which cenote you actually visited.

What this site cannot help with

Booking questions have to go to the operator, and that is not a brush-off — it is the only place they can be answered.

• Changing, cancelling or refunding a booking. Your booking is held by the platform you bought it through, under its terms. This site never sees it.
• Confirming a pickup time or place. Only your operator knows.
• Anything about payment. No payment is ever taken by this site.

If you booked through a link here, your confirmation email carries the operator’s own contact details and a reference number. That is the fastest route.

About this site

It is an independent guide, not the cenotes, not a ticketing authority and not a tour operator. It earns a commission when someone books through a link, at no extra cost to the traveller, and operators cannot pay for placement or position. The full arrangement is on the affiliate disclosure, and what is collected about you — nothing — is on the privacy policy.

Replies are usually within a few days. Corrections are made faster than that.
